Congratulations on such a milestone. That journey was a bit of an eye opener eh, won't be doing that again any time soon !

You post bought back so many memories for me which i can laugh about. The spur of the moment decision, no preparation, no quit method, fresh pack of cigarettes staring at me, overflowing ashtrays, draws full of 'dreg' filled cigarette packets for emergencies.. cos you 'never know', loose tobacco strewn all over the insides of my car. I remember frantically typing away at the keyboard on day 2 looking for the magic pill.
