I am very excited that I am at day 31! I have done it! I am actually looking forward to my one month reward. I had one day that I almost blew it - but my home support network caught me. (Yeah for my hubby!)And to boot - I was on vacation and really could have cheated and I didn't. :) Each day I feel one day closer to better health. I want so bad to reverse the years of damage in one day - but - with all things, I know I have to work to restore my lungs and heart. I will do it! (I am glad it is a good quit day!)
