Cravings have been with me most of the day off and on.  The walking did help. I also took a long hot bath afterwards.  Cravings have let up some now.  Thank goodness.

Sometimes those cravings can sneak up on you when you least expect them!  Remember, that ole' nicodemon is always lurking in the shadows, just waiting to pounce.  You did the right thing by going for a walk and then coming on here.  Always do something else before that urge to buy smokes gets to ya!!

Congrats for getting through a rough crave day.  10 days is excellent!!

Keep up the good job!

Good for you Gimm!

A walk is a good idea!  How long did the craving last for?  Do you thinking walking is a good coping mechanism for you?

I had strong cravings today!  I wasn't expecting that on day 10.  wow lol   I'm still haven't smoked any, but today was probably the worst day since i've quit. I ended up going for a long walk to help take my mind off of it.  Still pushing thru cravings, hoping for better day tomorrow!
