Congratulations on the 324 days. You and I are both getting dangerously close to a year now.  
 
I think you will like life without caffeine. I actually gave up daily caffeine years ago.  I didn't like the buzz and crash cycle that I went through with caffeine. Ironically, I didn't  realize that nicotine was also putting me through that cycle. It feels so good to not go through any of that any more. I feel so much more mellow and under control now that I'm not all hopped up on legal stimulants. 
 
I wish you well in working to shed another addiction.

Congrats Machiavelli!

Cutting out caffeine can be a good choice for some people. Just know that there is caffeine in green tea, about one third of what is in coffee. Just keep an eye on how you are feeling.

Hi everyone,
Today is day one caffeine Free..!!!,
Yes I say caffeine not nicotine,nicotine I'm now in 324 dayz smoke free but caffeine is day one ,I didn't image n that quiting caffeine is so hard like that ,my last try was in Feb 2013 stand for one month then I back to consume it again ,,but you know what I was in panic all the month and then I give up ..Now I have green tea in my hand and I'll not go back to coffee or ragler  tea this time ,I hope to found some one quit coffee tea etc ,to give his experiences thanks everyone.


 
               My statics: 8 Years XanX free,2 and 1/2 Years Alcohol free,and Day 1 caffeine free
