So correct, Mr. Ed. In learning about addiction, we learn that there is never "just one." Each fix we have puts us right back into withdrawals, which leads to another and another, if we let it. Any thought that directs us to smoke is not a thought that benefits us. The only way to beat this addiction is to never smoke another cigarette.
