Dutch, are you practicing your yoga and stretching exercises? Gotta be ready. Sure would hate to throw something outta whack playing a game (or whatever ).

Dutch,
Do you have your mechanisms in place? How about avoidance techniques? I know you have the relaxation techniques ready, so let us know if you need any help before the big day :)
Keep Strong,
Josie

I will enjoy every minute better that last year. It was always great but there was always the fact that Jim hated smoking. He never said anything about it but in the back of my head I knew how much he hated it. Now I don't have to think about that anymore.
And Phil....you better be careful because we may go visit England....lol. We both love London and we were talking about going there this year....

Imagine how happy he is going to be coming into my new way of life. I live so much healtier now and he is a healthfreak (kinda) that is 58 but looks like a 35 year old.... He smoked one or two when he was 18 but he didn't like it at all. He knows a lot about addictions so he knows how hard quitting can be for some people. He is so proud of me that I've won the battle. Oh I can't hardly wait to see him again. 10 months is a VERY long time to be away from the one you love. (Jim says that some people would give money to be away from their partner for 10 months but that's a different story lol.)
