Is it helping me to stay quit? (stopping or starting is not really relevant I come here to stay quit, not stop or start).
Why does it help me to stay quit? Well for me, I am talking about going on holiday this was imperative to my quit, it then got me thinking about a lot of things as to why I decided to quit. It also made me think about what i need to address before i go on holiday, this is a good preperation tool.
So yes it definately has helped me to stay quit.
Knowing where everyone is from is also nice as it makes people more 'real' people talk in real life. How can you suppor someone and stay anonymous? What is that about?
Its good that there is some lightheartedness.. as sometimes when we let our guard down... it can bring out things that we had long forgotten about.
Who wants to be negative all the time? I loved knowing where people were from. To be able to talk to people without having to feel like I am giving an opinion or advice. Otherwise I feel like i am at work.
(where i do counselling for people with addictions, all day every single day)
I am also interested why the question was asked though?
