Purge and Organize!

Diva,

Start room to room and take a couple of days per room!  You get a good purge and can start fresh!  You can even see if you need to redorate or paint!

This is a great distraction technique and will keep you busy!

Oh man! I so need to do that! My house is a mess...Such a mess it makes me feel buried alive sometimes. Not only do I need to clean and organize but mostly I need to purge, to just throw or give away tons of stuff! I am so tired of all the stuff! That sounds good.

Dear Members,

Need some organization?  Are you cluttered, inside and out?

Make sense of it all, without having to feel overloaded and closed in.

Take it room by room, and start purging.  Get rid of anything you haven’t used for more than a year.  Clothes, toys, knick knacks, books, shoes, etc. and free yourself of clutter.

This can be very therapeutic!

  • It keeps you busy and occupied
  • It frees you of clutter
  • It can relax you
  • You may actually find something you lost.
Purging can be a great coping and relaxing technique, so start with one room and work your way around the house!
