Welcome Meremere,

I am sorry to hear you are dealing with this. Agoraphobia can be incredibly terrifying and you are absolutely right it really can make your world small. I think it is really admirable that despite your fear you are looking for resources and ways to help yourself. I think with that attitude you will get a handle over this.

It has a few days since you posted last. How are you feeling today? How are you finding the program?

Hi all...
Glad to have found this forum. I've had Panic Disorder for many years but it's morphed into some level of Agoraphobia and I'm scared to death. My life is getting smaller and smaller and that's not acceptable.

Hoping the work I do on this site will help, and I know lots of people here will understand.

My latest thing? Terror of driving. At all. I haven't been able to drive on major highways for many years but having attacks just driving around town? Can't deal with that. I'm scared that this will really disable me.

Best of luck to us all...
