thanks fellow mayflowers..I am so grateful to actually even be able to ponder the fact that I am not smoking!.. a big, fat, hairy, deal! LOL! This site, and all of you, has been instrumental in helping me stay quit. Now, my ex is considering quitting, my roommate is talking about setting a quit date, my son (who smoked once in a while), told me yesterday,"I'm not going to smoke anymore, mom." It is so nice to come out of the smoke and into the sunlight of reality. yea, corn nuts do rule!!! Add a barrel of em to the tree house menu! new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 98 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,352 Amount Saved: $490.00 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 13 Mins: 22 Seconds: 22

Even though it might be a little bit hard sometimes, don't you feel like Superwoman for what you've been doing for 5 days? Corn nuts rule and you are awesome! You have taken such a great big huge fat hairy deal step to the you that you are supposed to be, and I am really proud of you, really happy for you, & really there if you need me. Well all, 5 days with no NRT. I haven't had a crying jag since Tuesday. That original "want to be chewing on some kind of food all the time" seems to have come back full force. I have not felt that since my first month quitting. For all looking forward to coming off the NRT...it is not as bad as i anticipated. After the first 3 days, I really started feeling better..and the feeling of accomplishment starts to grow. My advice, take it very easy the first 3 days, go to bed early, eat whatever you want, read, take a nice hot bath and be very proud of yourself. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 98 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,352 Amount Saved: $490.00 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 11 Mins: 56 Seconds: 24

Lainey, Is that your home???? Inquiring minds want to know! HA! I did notice that I was almost all the way home from work today before I even thought of a cig...that is progress. Thanks Martha..I am going to schedule a massage for Monday..my 100 day celebration. And, I am thankful to be celebrating it without any Nicotine at all. That is a big fear that I am overcoming..no NRT. I never believed that I could quit without it..maybe I couldn't have initially, but I am ready to be rid of it and move on. Has anyone discovered the greatness of corn nuts??? Peace and no nico to all new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 97 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,328 Amount Saved: $485.00 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 8 Mins: 29 Seconds: 10

That is awesome New Me! But you really do know it gets better and better. Once off the Nicotine you really start to feel the results more, I think. Give it a couple of more days, keep taking your Vitamin B complex for a while, and watch what wonderful days come your way! Good for you! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 178 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,450 Amount Saved: $1,877.90 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 19 Mins: 57 Seconds: 22

Doin' great new me! Now you can stare at those 100 Days with fresh, nicotine-free eyes. You'll find a good balance and that "missing something" feeling will pass, it just needs a little more time. Do you have any big rewards planned for those 100 Days?
