Yes, I am also happy to have found this site as I believe that I am starting to suffer from a combination of panic disorder and agrophobia. It's still only sometimes and not too strong (mainly at night after waking up). I am doing meditation after the transzendental method but I feel it needs more to get rid about these feelings. I started with the PC panic program right now and what I like very much what I've seen here for now. I will share my thoughts and feelings with you and invite you to do the same with me.
