Hi Ashley,
I feel I really do have a choice in more situations, so I'm beginning to realize I'm actually free to make choices, with consequences of course, but I feel...empowered

Hi Hugs,

How did you feel making that choice?

Depending on how i respond, I find I can take something as a compliment or feel hurt.

An example is this morning, when I felt miserable, and mom ask me to stop sniffling.  I'm sniffling since I'm trying to clean a lot more, but she doesn't appreciate that.

I responded differently, though, by just walking away, and not snapping or taking it personally.  So I got a saline nasal cleaning kit out, since I plan to do a lot of cleaning.

I wonder if others are finding you have choice: and make it sometimes
