Thank you all for the warm welcome. :) I have tried breathing techniques to get me through the attack once it fires up. I've already begun the program and today I was (nearly) panic free. I felt the familiar tingling/cool sensation in my arms and legs, rapid heart beat, and managed to rationally talk myself to a calm while breathing deeply. I've never been able to stave a panic attack off before, so I feel like it's already working.. ha! :) Hopefully it's nothing but progress from here on out.
