Davit,
I see what you mean about the privacy issue and big brother..I have decided not to put any pic's up to go with my profile this time around..
I have been doing some work around my yard lately. We put in some trellises and planted so jasmine vines around the front porch for privacy and are now getting ready to install a fence around the front yard being that we really do need to set some boundaries, being we live in the big city..No more getting beaned with balls while trying to work in my garden I hope and no more humans or loose dogs running up barking and snarling at me in my yard.  Might still get beaned while trying to install the fence though..Might install some cameras too while we are at it..This might work as a deterrent and that way we can document what is happening to us here..We are drawing up plans and summiting them for approval today so that we can get our permits before we start on the fence. Plus I am waiting to get a email back from a roofing contractor so I can have my 22 year old roof replaced before Winter arrives. So as you can see I am very busy at the moment.. so you might not see me around here to much..Maybe I will send you a email and let you know how it is going if you don't mind. I still have your email address you gave me a long time ago, as long as you have not changed it that is. I will send you a little mail and we can catch up once in a while if you like to...Let me know? Any way back to my project I am hoping this will resolve some of the problems I am having living here which should help with the panic/anger and depression I have been experiencing..

Anyway when this is all said and done, I plan on relaxing and doing a little sewing, getting out my kindle and working in my garden again...If this doesn't work than I will get back in our travel trailer again and start hunting for a place to move to again..

Thats the plan for now.
Talk to you later,
Red....

Well.

No more pictures of me or of my place, back to anonymous. Or possibly just gone. Coming up on two years here this weekend. Anything I have to say can be found on the internet with a little looking even the panic triangle if I knew what it's other name is.

A good therapist is still the answer. I have to think on my reason to be here. I don't need help, I'm perfectly functional. Might be time to spend more time in my shop. If I'm not here, I'm busy making saw dust.

Davit,
I've found this too.  I think it's relatively harmless, since we're just trying to help each other, so our dialogue is public.  We know that from the start, though.

Did you know we are famous? We are on the internet in all our glory.

I was looking for the Panic Triangle as described by my therapist to get a few more points of view. It must have a different name. I'll ask her. Anyway there I am staring back at me. In fact there are all of us. The whole site, if you look for it. I don't know if I like that.

It is not the top of the page so it is not google accessing my computer. So why are we there. Has anyone else found this.

Is big brother watching us.

thanks Hugs and Davit I will look over that right now. I do overthink my symptoms Hugs boy do I ever maybe cause they are so numerous and constant, like right now I think I am catching my son's cold, I feel congested and sneezy, trying not to dwell on it, I hope it does not set me back, it seems my pattern has been in the past when I get physcially ill then I panic and get emotionally ill and I hate that but it happens alot. Very tired tonight hope I can sleep did  not sleep good at all last night, thank you for youre thoughts and prayers.

There are good explanations of the panic cycle on the internet and there is a work book too.

Well worth the time to look at it. It is not to be confused with the panic triangle.

D,
There's something called the panic cycle which causes us some grief when we overthink our physical symptoms.  It's tricky, since we're supposed to be taking care of ourselves, yet if we overdo it, there is a cycle of non-productive behaviour which takes over.

I've been tracking my stomach aches, and noticed there's a connection to my stress, so it's back to the CBT drawing board.

Get some rest, and you'll be in my prayers too

Hi D:  Yes, just 48 hrs.  feel pretty good now.  Will sleep through tonight I'm pretty sure.  Sorry your family is getting sick, colds and all.  Drink lots of fluids!  even headaches are sometimes caused by dehydration.  I use ginger ale too and ginger mint tea.   thanks for your concern, I'm o.k.  I read the post from Davit.  I guess I missed that part.
Prayers going your way,
Sunny

I am glad you are feeling a little better Sunny. It sounds like some short lived bug went through you. I hate that nausea dont you? I just prayed for you that you would feel better, does ginger ale help? when I use to have that I would make a piece of dry toast with just a very thin layer of jam, no butter, and that helped, milk helps me too, but they say it does not, go figure? My son is coming down with a cold and I am worried, he is staying home tommorow from school and maybe Tuesday, I hope my husband and I do not catch it, it always goes into broncitis with me and I know that would send me panicking, my husband is not feeling good either, a real bad headache, so please say a prayer for us too, I guess we are all under the weather today and hopefully tommrow will be better for all, I ate a feel a little stronger, the stomachache went away, now I am just very tired, do you ever get very tired after you eat? and the half of klonopin probably made me tired too. I hope you are resting and feeling better, Davit mentioned you were not feeling well and he sounded concerned, please write back when you feel up too it.

Hi Debora:  How did you know I was sick?  Oh well, I'm o.k. now.  It was just some kind of gastritis I think.  48 hrs. worth. ugh.  Up 3 times in the night for two nights and all day sort of thing.  But ate some soup and naan bread today and yogurt.  Boy, I was getting real hungry after not eating a day and a half.  By the way, yogurt is excellent for bad tummies.  Works for me.  I like Greek yogurt, has more protein and I like it plain so I can add my own fruit if I want to.  And yes, worrying is exhausting!

Sunny
