Hi all, I am back. I thought I bookmarked this page but I didn't! Glad I found it again =D
Thank you for all of the replies!

A little about myself:
I am a stay at home mom to a 4 year old. My panic attacks started about a week after I had my son, I ended up getting two blood clots from my C-section and put into the hospital for a week. That was my very first Panic attack. About 1 month later I experienced my 2nd panic attack, I went to the hospital and find our that I have Hyperthyroidism, Those 3 years were horrible for me, My thyroids had a mind of it's own almost, one week I would Hyper, the next I would be Hypo. My doctors finally decided to "Kill" them with radio-active iodine. I thought this would get rid of my panic attacks. I actually got worse. It took me about 30 E.R trips and lots and lots of Panic attacks to seek help. I have been seeing my doctor for a year now, At first...she helped. Now I just feel stuck and I feel like I am regressing  and don't know what to do. I have been reading the Panic program here and hoping it helps me.

Welcome Wendy.

I am living proof that you can get better. So are some others. There are new people, intermediate people, and better people. The one thing I can see is there progress, and they can see mine. We are a group and as a group help each other.
Find your spot, settle in and get better. We are here for you.

Welcome Wendy:  This is a very friendly site.  Ask all the questions you want even if you think they might be silly - we've all been through/are going through anxiety and stress and maybe we can share some tips which have helped us along the way.  Good luck.

Welcome Wendy84!

You have come to the right place.  This program is researched based and has helped many individuals even after just a few sessions. Be sure to set up a schedule for yourself to stick with the program.  Plan rewards when you achieve milestones and complete sessions.

Members,  what sessions did you find very helpful when beginning the program.  What suggestions do you have to offer about program use?

Wendy, what brings you to the site now?  Tell us a bit about yourself.  I am looking forward to reading more from you.

Welcome Wendy -

I've just started, too.  One week last night.  :)  I have been through a lot of trial and error treatments, and finally got tired of them all and decided to try this website.

We'll do it together.  :)

Hi Wendy,
Welcome!
You will! You have come to a great place for both support and education on anxiety and panic. Have you looked at the Chapters yet? I'm on my road to becoming a Success Story! Have been here 3 months...the program and Support group members have been so much help for me in getting  better with anxiety and panic...I've had an Anxiety disorder for over 20 years....so 4 is not that much! We are here for each other..feel free to post as much as you want, read the posts of others, and ask any questions you have.
