A big resounding DITTO to what Davit said.

As low as you get, there is always a way to climb back up.  That anxiety is being caused by your reactions to things and so all you have to do is relearn reactions that are positive and helpful (not that it's easy to to, it does take work, but it IS do-able).

There's a good mantra: "I'm gonna be one of the 90%".  :-)

Josie.

Anxiety disorders covers a lot of ground. That other ten percent includes those that just don't try and those with a mental disease but even some of them get a measure of control with medication. So all you  newcomers if you don't fit that last ten percent then you can most certainly get rid of your anxiety. All it takes is a bit of conditioning and some time and the most important thing of all. The determination to do it. Only you can do this. We can help but you still have to do the work. Don't take my word for it, ask anyone here.
