Hi Breezin:  Welcome.  I have taken the CBT course before along with a support group which I found very helpful.  had been diagnosed with GAD and some PTSD. I still have symptoms when stressed or overtired, but no more panic attacks. I find this site helpful to keep on the right track.

Welcome to our support community and thanks for sharing something that is working for you.  Please do share your thoughts on the "mindfulness CBT program" you completed.  We can all learn from one another and sharing our experiences can do this.

I should also mention that I have completed a Mindfulness-CBT Program and I am practicing the meditations daily.

Although I do not suffer from Panic attacks at this time I do suffer from GAD and depression.  I am hoping the tools, info and support here will make a difference for me.  I am a life long learner and I will do my best to help out here where I can as well.
