Goals for 2009

Ok, my goals for 2009:

1. Health- I want to eat better and sleep better.
    Mental Health- I want to keep challenging my negative thinking patterns and clearing out the cobwebs.
2. Fitness- I want to start yoga again, walk more and dance more. Mostly I would love to have more stamina and feel less tired all the time. Less winded would be good too.
3. Financial- I want to pay off some debts and get a few savings.
4. School- I want to go back to do my doctorates and do it well.
5. Love- I ant to continue couples counseling and fix things with my hubby.

So those are my goals for 2009 and beyond. I will take it one little baby step at a time and see where I end up!

Great idea and it can be done!
 
Knowledge is a great source of assistance.  The more you know, the better the informed choice you will make.
 
Start slow with your goals and try one at time.  You can try to quit smoking, get on a diet and save money all at the same time though...
 
Quit smoking, put the money away in a jar and to keep occupied you can gather knowledge on how to eat and exercise properly!
 
Use this time to re-focus on your goals and the program.

Hey everyone,
 
So I figure we all need a place to jot down our goals for this year, this way we can remind each other what our goals are and keep our heads in check.  Although it may be I need this most of all, since my head floats from subject to subject like a 3rd grade teacher...
 
Anyhow, goals for 2009!  Here's the low-down on it, choose at least 3 things in your life you want to see improvement on, and then next to it, write where you would like to be in these area's of your life.  For example, here are mine:
 
1.  Health - I would like to eat healthier overall, find a nutritional plan that fits my lifestyle and stick to it!
2.  Fitness - Just started snowboarding and I got winded quick!  I want to be more flexible, stronger, and last longer.
3.  Financial - My money situation is screwed!  I want to get this back on track and start up a savings plan.
4.  Social Anxiety - I wanna be over it, or learn how to beat this beast.  So I'll be joining snowboarding groups (amongst others) to overcome my fear of social anxiety.
5.  School - GO BACK TO SCHOOL!  Get my degree in radiology and voila, work as a radiologist!
 
And that's all I can think of at the moment.  But feel free to add whatever you can think of that you want in your life!
 
2009 is the year our dreams get started, we will not only overcome anxiety, but together we will come out on top!
