Hey Chris,

My therapist does Biofeedback and CBT together sort of deal. So I have done the boifeedback with the machines and the computer reading and the electrodes and all of that. To me it was really helpful. It helped me learn to relax through thought control and breathing. It helped me see my physiological responses change as I challenge my thoghts and breathe properly or use techniques to get rid of bodily tensions. So yeah, to me it was helpful. As for straight biofeeback not sure how that goes. Just thought I would say this. My experience was good.
