I heard that The Secret is an excellent book. It's about positive thinking correct?
Any other good books?

I read this book a about 10 years back called " from panic to power" I carried it whereever I went.  I found it incredibly helpful.  Its brown, and falling apart but it was my anxiety saviour back then.
Its by Lucinda basset.  I didnt much care for her other books, but that one is amazing.

Hi...

I do so much reading... always looking to broaden my horizons.

I just about bought The Power of Now tonite.. but couldn't decide.... I've been looking for a Louise Hay book too,  called How to Heal your life... My sister says it's amazing.

I am reading the Secret and I find it very inspiring...... and definately true.

The Imp of the Mind really put my mind at rest with my obsessive thoughts (OCD)...

So I can't say I have any for depression exactly but it all seems to play together and these were very helpful to me.  As was Feel the Fear and Do It Anyways... it's an oldie but when my anxiety started it helped me tons!

Thanks for sharing your books.

Oh,, is it ok to share names of books we like? Cool!

Well, a book called The Power of Now really helped me in the past. As a matter of fact I intend to read it again right now as a kind of refresher course to help me through being so tired and all. I love that book. Practicing The Power of Now is also very good.
