Hi Al, Nice to meet you! Hang in there and give this program a try. It may help. Feel free to post again. We'll be listening. Kitt

Hi Al - Is your doctor prescribing any medication for your anxiety? You must ask him/her if you are not, to see if he can give you something for the anxiety/panic attacks. I live in the south of Spain, and I presume from your "handle" that you come from Spain too? I hope you find this site useful - I have only just joined too, and have just started the program, but already I can see a trend in my anxiety attacks. Take care. Rab.

Hi Al, Welcome and thanks for sharing your introduction here with us. You have found a great place to share your feelings of panic and anxiety with members who truly understand these symptoms. In addition to this online group, we have a free online program designed to help you with your anxiety. It teaches you things you may not understand about panic and agoraphobia, your own panic, your own panic cycle, and as you learn and get involved, you begin the journey and the process of taking back control from a fear that at the moment is controlling you. The Program guides you through the process of getting back this control. It prepares you for this, one single step at a time, and gives you some homework to bring you along from session 1 to session 2, and onward, in a series of 12 sessions over a period of twelve weeks. We wish you all the best and look forward to hearing from you again soon. Casey _____________________________ The PC Support Team
