Way to go Good Job, stay strong, and stay focused on your quit, remember you DO have control, you will do fine. I used the Nicatrol Inhaler for 4 months and then four months after i no longer had the refills, it became my BINKIE my hubby use to tell me i was gonna get my teeth bucked fom it, i still have fond memories of the silly thing, any way dident mean to rambble on your post. New Me GOOD JOB :) :) :) Tresa My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/8/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1844 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 36,880 Amount Saved: $6,454.00 Life Gained: Days: 260 Hrs: 1 Mins: 13 Seconds: 8

You go New Me! I am sure you will be fine! Just have your coping strategies ready, because you may (or may not) have a craving or two. Preparation, as always! You will find that, again, things get so much better once you are done with the nicotine! Good luck and good quit! The beach is just around the bend for you! Just say NOPE and you're there! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 174 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,350 Amount Saved: $1,835.70 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 7 Mins: 29 Seconds: 0

Yea, I am going for the nekid route. I called in sick today, and have mon/tues off..so..one more lozenge today sometime, then i'll be chewing on the straws. I am pretty nervous, but I am actually sick of sucking on these lozenges. I am going to a bbq today with family/friends..there will be smokers there, but not many. I will definitely steer clear of that part of the patio. I still have alot of craves and smoking thoughts, but that is due to feeding myself lozenges everyday. I want to move on..my last big step to freedom. I actually believe that I am going to make it this time...after all these failed quit attempts, mostly in the past 5 years. It was mentally exhausting to fail all those times. It is wonderful to be facing true victory over this addiction. I just want to feel normal again..no craves, no restlessness, no nagging emptiness, no smoking thoughts...I still have all that in my life, but I keep my eye on the prize. I know from this site that all that will disappear with time. Having this support group has made all the difference to my success. Thanks to everyone who answered my posts, gave me encouragement and armed me with knowledge to beat this addiction...GO MAYFLOWERS! We are at the beach this month! And, of course, thanks to all the great mods who keep this site up and running. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 92 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,208 Amount Saved: $460.00 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 18 Mins: 10 Seconds: 4
