Anybody Cook with Chicken Trimmings?

CT, They're the fat that are taken off the chicken at the butcher. I wonder if I should use a butcher, since big box stores just weight what you pay for. At a butcher, they recycle the trimmings, to make hot dogs. Also, the cooking use if for flavour, and it's a high fat snack, according to you tube. BTW, on the topic of your work, can a cardio ultrasound show if there's been a cardia event in the past, or does it only show cardiac "performance"?

Today was the first time the butcher gave me the chicken trimmings, after I asked for cutlets. Do anybody cook anything with trimmings?
