Weather warnings and anxiety

Hugs! Interesting...makes sense...I know the hot weather has a effect on me physically so in turn it makes sense that it would effect me emotionally too. I didn't used to take it easy during hot spells but now I do. I do all my physical work in the early morning hours and when it gets to hot inside the house like 80 degrees or above I turn on the a/c and find a indoor activity to occupy my mind with for the rest of the day.

Hot weather affects anxiety so I imagine weather warnings would too.

I noticed a weather network included heat alerts for people with psychiatric diseases, making me feel at ease about my sensitivity, so I could use some extra TLC during the summer. Has anybody comments?
