Isn't it amazing? I looked at one of my meters (I'm a glutton for details and have 4 on my desktop!) and one says I have not smoked 7 Packs! Yuck! Did you ever think this was possible? I know I didn't! Thanks for a great post.

TSIKOS, I'm wondering if the shaking is anxiety? Are you under a lot of stress above and beyond the quit? Is your life really hectic and stressful? I know that anxiety and panic can make you feel like you can't breathe and your whole body can shake horribly. If so, there is a panic site that is a sister site to this one, only I forget the link to it. I'm sure if one of the administrators see this post, they would be happy to fill you in, but anyway, do at least see your doctor to be sure there isn't an underlying medical problem, ok? Hang in there, you have a great quit going, and 25 days is AWESOME!

Hey, all us 10/16 stoppers, (is our name the 'Tober Smobers or what? Have we decided on a name? I'm partial to 'Tober Smobers, but perhaps that's because I coined the phrase...) WE ARE 7 DAYS TODAY!!!!
YAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Let's toot our own horns! I don't remember everyone's name yet, but I know there's quite a few of us, so let's get this party underway. I've got the BBQ, the weather in California is crisp and clean and fresh, the sun is shining, and I'm in the mood to PAAAARTY. And I've got the breath to DANCE, too. >dancing gradmama here< ;p
