Yeah Penguin! You are doing a great job. Keep on flying. :) My son will tell you - he thinks a penguin can fly if it jumps high enough. You can do it. One MONTH is AMAZING.

RD - Again, You know how proud I am of you. From one Knight to another. Great job. I know my little ticks are not as big but they sure had a big hold on me for years. I had tried to let go of the remaining 4-5 cigs. I used to smoke a pack a day and trimmed down to those remaining few a day when I entered this quit and my stats and thought that I was doing so good. I am so glad to be classified as the "non smoker" now. I love my quit. I love my little tally from when I let go of those remaining boogers that held their grasp of me. I know each tick is a true tally of one minute I would lose with my kids if I didn't let go of the ugly vise.
So count your tics and minutes. They are each so precious. I lost my mother. I don't want my kids to lose me to something dumb that I am in control of. Enjoy and congratulations on that year that is coming so fast. Tic tic tic. You have beat it and won - go for it Rock star. :)

It has been FOREVER since I have posted and have been on the site. Life has been so crazy and in it all - I NEVER have wanted or desired to lose my quit. I know my greatest hurdles were getting on in the beginning and having Knights all over understanding me. So to all Knights that have made it and those that have jumped back in - thank you! We are almost at that year.
