Wow hard to believe but April 17 will be my 6 month milestone. Doesn't seem possible. The time has flown by.

Ok Cuddles
Like others have said, don't smoke. I know you want to and it is hard not to, but you can do this. These cravings can hit you out of nowhere and they are powerful. So try crying, then scream, then go and hit something soft. Do whatever it takes to keep from smoking. You've done great so far. Keep your quit.

Hello All
Well I'm back after a few exhausting days and am still smoke free which I'm very proud of. I want to thank all of you for your kind words after the loss of my friend. I am happy for her that she is no longer in pain and can finally rest.
You all here are a wonderful support group and I appreciate all you've done for me to keep me straight, which I might add is not an easy task, lol. For all of you who have joined us in the last few days I welcome you and am proud of your decision to quit. It won't be easy, but it is doable. Take care all and keep your quit.

Hello Hicham and congrats on your quit. Are you saying that part of your job is being at a nightclub? If so, that will be tough but not impossible if you get your mind set to keep quit. You are early in your quit and sometimes being around smokers in the beginning is tough. Just remember why you are doing this and that if you cave, you'll have to go through the whole thing again. Keep close to this site and post when you need to.
