Work the program to the left....but please be sure to eat...you do need to keep your blood sugar levels up....My first days I felt like a beached whale from all the water I drank...We are all here for you and know exactly where you are coming from....We are just a holler away...

I have had 3 dreams about smoking and one of those was extremely real, to the point that when I woke up I could still smell the smoke. I never smoked inside my house and to wake up in the morning and smell that nasty smell....uggggggggg :gasp: It's been awhile since I have had any smoking dreams that I can remember, and I sure hope that I don't have anymore. :8o:

Hi Jameswilliams and Welcome.
I had tried a couple of times to stop smoking after having this nasty habit for 37 years and the longest I lasted was 3 months. This time I had my Dr. prescribe "Wellbutrin" (same as Zyban) and for me it worked like a charm, but I think I am safe to say that my mental state was finally ready to stop smoking. Everyone's quit is different and I know that I have read here that for some the Wellbutrin/Zyban gave them negative results. Your best bet is to check with your doctor before purchasing online. As for the cost....I agree with Breaking Free...what is 3 months worth of medications compared to you life.....
