I guess my best mechanism is N.O.P.E. in practice.
I do still have the occasional crave, and this moring dreamt I took a puff.
But at 47 years young and having started when I was 13 I really don't want to smoke anymore.
I also find this site useful as a reminder of why it is I dont want to smoke.
