A weekend of small successes

dear diva, great job!!!!!well today i have so much stuff to do and its quarter past 11 and still sitting hear in my p.j's dragging my feet cause i don'nt want to face the day,but i'm gonna think of you and how brave you were and try to be the same way.....you know that song.ant't nobody gonna hold me down,i got to keep on moven.i sing that sometimes does anyone else have a song that they use?

low pottasiam

when i was in the hospital beacause my heart would not stop poundind...they discoverd that my pottasiam was low which also causes a racing heart rate.does anyone else have this?maby low pottasiam levels cause panic?or vice versa?i remember hearing that before that people with panic disorders tend to have low pottasiam... thanks guys!!!! shannon
