Thank you!  I have heard this quote before and I agree with it wholeheartedly.  It's these times where we are really present absorbing our environment and this beautiful world.  I think everyone could benefit spending more time in this sort of peaceful, appreciative meditation.

Okay, I saw another one on my inspirational e-mail.  I gotta share it....then I'll try to be more picky.  This went just had me visualizing and then after I'd think I'd wasted my time, which would be a cognitive disortion.  It really wouldn't be.  I think other activities we do, besides the one mentioned are often beneficial.  Okay, opinion over....here it is....
