Hey stormy,

Yes, it takes a little getting used to. But in no time you will be navigating the site with no problem. The program is really great and I learned a lot working through it. Ask us any questions you have!

Hi stormy1,

As Stacy mentioned, you will find the sessions in your toolbox and they will all be listed on the left hand side of the page.

We need you to read all of Session 1: Understanding Depression. It’s important to complete Session 1 as it teaches you the underlying causes of depression, and how this program works.

After you’ve completed Session 1 you can read through any of the 17 other Sessions you choose. For example, after you’ve completed Session 1 you may decide to focus on Session 17: Grief and Loss, or maybe Session 14: Resolving Disputes. Since we’re all different, it only makes sense for each of us to decide what area of the program best applies to our unique situation – and we’re always here – so if you have any questions all ask away!

Hi Stormy,

If you look at the top of the screen in the forums you should see a bunch of button links i.e. Tool Box, Forums, Ask the Expert, My Diary etc.   If you click on Tool Box it will take you to a screen that shows the lessons along the left hand side.  Hope that helps.

I'm having a hard time navigating the site.  I can't find any type of homework or any sessions to read.  I'm lost in more ways than one.
