I think Jason meant to write that the synopsis of session two (Goals and Activities) is:

- to use your Activity Tracker (your homework from Session 1) to help you to better understand the relationship between how you’re feeling, what you’re thinking and how you’re behaving

- Identify some goals, create a plan to reach one of those goals, and try (just try) some activities that you used to enjoy.
