Inspirational quote

It means I have to be just as understanding and accepting of myself as I am of others.  Sometimes hard to do, we tend to be hard on ourselves with should's, must's, do's and don't's etc.  Am I lovable?  another question I might ponder with all my real or perceived faults.  And finally the question, do I love myself.  A journey of discovery for all of us as we ponder where we fit in.

"As you fall in love with yourself, you naturally get healthier. All the do’s and don'ts of health education can only build a house of straw unless love is the foundation. When you see love in operation in a relationship, you see trust, acceptance of the uniqueness of each person, understanding of differences, and forgiveness of failing."
