SF,
Not being taken over by the anxiety, and accepting it is a start.  Referring to the rich resources on this site may seem dull, but that's just the elbow grease that's needed sometimes to get out of it.

Entertainers and athletes & speakers often state the need to have that "edge" to perform.  But we know that too much makes us choke and be paralyzed.

It's funny that you've logged on, since I just went to an old museum of an old house, and ended up digging up an old painting of beautiful flowers, wondering what to do with it.  I was just fatigued going there, but returned with enthusiasm and some "charge" of energy which might sustain me.  If I stayed up for days trying to appraise it by fumblling on a computer's search engine, imagine how I'd feel.

Find the balance beginning in that toolkit, and keep in touch

Well, I had a good stretch. Now, here I am, again....ready to go to work but I am filled with anxiety and stress. I feel panicky and worried, about what? I have no idea.

In the midst of our anxiety, how can we snap out?
