Hi Albatros! I too suffer from panic attacks. I know the feeling and I can so understand what you are going through. I know it's hard and scary. It feels like we are losing control of our lifes. I just joined myself today. I hope that I can get some help too. We are all here for the same reason, and we will all try to help each other to overcome our fears.

English is not my native language but I hope I make myself understood. I need some help and hope I have come to the right place. I had some problems with panic attacks a few years back and thought it all was work related stress. After a while I got better and I even had some psychotherapy and I learned a lot about myself. However the attacks have now come back and I suspect it has to do with work this time again. I am starting a new work in a couple of weeks and I now find myself having trouble sleeping and having panic attacks at nights. Do you guys think this I have come to the right place? Wish you all good progress.
