Hello all

I am excited to start using evolution health services; I have used a similar program many years ago and found success. In the past year I began with OCD symptoms, mostly counting. Recently saw my psychiatrist after a three hear hiatus and he's adjusted my meds. I will keep looking on this thread to get to know you better.

Welcome!

Glad to have you back! I am glad you spoke with your psychiatrist as well. Sometimes stress can trigger OCD symptoms. Have you noticed a relationship between your stress levels and OCD symptoms? If so, how have you been trying to manage your stress levels?

Hope to read from you more soon!
