maybe you need some rewind time, pamper yourself, or find time to go 4 a walk with your partner in the evening. i no 100 per cent what you are going through, i am going through this at the mo what with xmas coming up, its so stressful and had my window randomnly smashed the other night so findin it hard to relax in the evening. you just dont no what to do with yourself.i have definately noticed tho when i am run down or exhausted my anxiety gets progressively worse, i suppose your sugar levels drop and your body cannot fight it as much when your tired.

Hi Guys, I have been stressing really bad lately mainly about money bills going up and never having enough money to do what you want to do although we are paying bills ok there is no extra and its so frustrating, I have been stressing big time over this and feel angry over eveything, we then had a confortation with some friends over us which made me very angry and upset that they could be like that, and I just feel totally exhausted now and tearful, I have been getting sightly anxious, but I guess have late nights midnight ish and the alarm goes of at 5ish so disturbed sleep, but just lately I feel really tired and its now bugging me and making me more anxious.  I have been extremley stressed though, and am doing a part time job and have done extra hours as well.  I hate feeling tired as sit makes you feel so ill and make anxious feelings worse.
