I might chage my mind (once I calm down lol) but today I wish I had a hobby that enabled me to be desructive and loud and to just let it out, like demolition or something!

That's amazing! I hope you post a photo of it up when you're done with it. But I totally agree and lately realized that yes, it is the journey that counts. I like to paint and I always did it fast so I can see what the outcome was.. this never gave me much pleasure.. but now, I decided to enjoy every stroke I apply on the canvas and I think I can accept the painting more in the end. I'm practicing my classical guitar everyday... looking for a class....

I am slowly building an english longbow out of hickory. This is very cathartic. Shaving away chips of wood is soothing and in the end I will have something very special to me. I have working on this bow for almost 2 years! But its the journey that counts.

My project:  I'm running after work.  Then I'm writing my little poetries and whatnot.  Let you know how it goes...

Anyone else?

Start a new project. Find something that motivates and inspires you. When you feel low or depressed, getting going is often the most difficult part. But once going, it may help to introduce a period of fun and accomplishment into your day.
