Hi Minnesota,
I went on a bike ride today by myself. I only did laps around the house (many times!) but it feels soooo good. Maybe I'll go again, because staying in the house just brings me down. Anyways, thanks for encouraging me.

my husband got me a bell for my bike so if someone is in the way i ring it, I'm all snazzy in my biking gear and then i have a bell that says "i love my pet" its funny.  I took the bike out this morning again, i'm aiming to get up this big hill, I go by the driveways and see how many I can get by, i'm up to the 3rd one which is quite high up and the furtherst i have gotten out of the zone..:)

Yes, it is nice to hear/ read. Thanks for sharing! My husband has a camel back he got from the military. Sometimes  I'm afraid to meet people on the way.
