Minnesota,

Way to go! You should feel so so proud of yourself. Now you know that you can do anything you put your mind to.
What a great accomplishment, you were able to take a long car ride with your husband, and you were able to see your mother in law and have a wonderful day together and you got to go shopping! Excellent!

I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend, you deserve all the best!
Keep up the great work and that positive and optimistic attitude,

HI,
I finally did it, Since I got the anxiety back, about 5 months ago, I havent been on long car rides, just close to home.
Yesterday we went out about 45 mins drive.  I made up my mind this past week to just do it no matter what even if
its raining.  I kept saying it would be fun.  We left at about 8:30 am, and went for bagels first. Then we drove to Cabelas about
45 mins.  I felt a bit anxious on the highway, but i kept quiet and while the guys were in front chatting, i watched the
scenery from the back.  Next thing we were there, My mom in law was happy to see me, She was happy I made it,
We had a fun day out and then we went shopping.   I was hot so went inside a store to get some cooler air,
My husband was outside by the car, and I found some shirts I like, so I just went over and paid for them without him
being near me, I was a bit anxious but i thought, my friends at the panic center would be saying " go, you can do it,
we know you can" and I just kept on going and paid for the stuff. My husband came in to find me and I was already done!!
I was really tired so we came home around 5:00 ish.  IT was very windy, and I thought not to
worry, my husband is in control of the car, I must trust him.. but im so glad I really tried, hubby was happy, and everyone was
happy that I had gone..
