Good morning folks let's celebrate another smoke free week, as we embark on adding to our great achievements.
As time goes bye I find I tend to lose sight of my own achievement to date! Stopping bye here helps to reinforce my determination. I meant to stop bye when I reached 300 days, but guess what I was just busy getting on with life. Forgetting that milestone is good in someways in that it shows that my thoughts of smoking are definitely receding. So today having completed 308 days I will march on with pride.
