Hi Lance,

I'm sorry to hear that you are overwhelmed. However, it sounds like you are fully aware of this and doing what is necessary for you to remain on track with your progress. This might be a good opportunity for you to take a look at and re-assess your goals.

In light of this recent developments, what is your game plan going to be? What occurred to cause you to feel overwhelmed? How can you prevent this from occurring in the future?

We are always here for you, thank you for checking in.

It's not so much a set back, but maybe a little overwhelmed, plus overdoing it and out of sync.

All my recent efforts started paying off. I was go,go,go like I used to be. I let my diet, excercise slip, started the mind games and now I feel like I'm slipping back to the depressed state. Im catching it, so dont plan on going there, but the last few day, I just want to stay in bed. I feel so tired and have a lot of muscle aches. Once Im going Im fine. Im getting a LOT done. Its just the feeling like Im slipping that worries me.
