I can not believe how much better i am feeling these days!
I have done some goals,and doing what i call working it off,when i get upset..i do walk a mile everyday now,i get out more,my appitie is better,iam sleeping good at night too!
I am working on my thoughts,and responce to confrontaions,breathing,and meditation more now..it helps so much!
I di catch myself thinking negative thoughts the other day,and sat down and wrote about it,and that it was not true,it was my bad thoughts,so i turned the thoughts around in my mind,after some relaxation,meditation and confermations..i was fine!
I am planting new shrubs,and digging up old fflower beds,and lilac bushes,and cleaning the outside of my house for fall, after that,i plan to paint a couple rooms inside,as i have guest coming to visit in october...
Iam doing good!
