Hello! I´m excited to join this group! Having reoccurrence of panic attacks recently.

Good luck.  Hopefully you will get through this minor setback soon.

An outing.

Has anyone heard from Davit?  I hope everything is okay...

An outing.

Glad you're recovering.  Enjoy the fall season...it's my favourite time of year.

MRI

Congrats.  Lots of people take Ativan before MRIs or CT Scans.

I had an MRI in March 2013.  It wasn't too bad.  Yes there were loud noises but they gave me ear plugs.  It was rather boring not being able to move and only the inside of the white tube to look at.  However, the techs kept checking in on me and letting me know how much longer it would be...so it was no problem for me.

Getting by 2

I had Windows 10 installed on my computer (upgrade from Windows 8).  I didn't do it myself so can't comment on the process or ease of installation.

Thanks Hugs4U

You can pick my brain anytime.  I have no idea if this site lets you send private messages.  I'm on here once every couple of days and try to look at all the recent posts.

New to the group, couple questions

I don't really notice if my anxiety increases before or during my period.  I do know my periods have changed over the last couple of years (it's not menopause) since my anxiety has increased dramatically...but I don't know if the two are related or not.

Sorry I can't answer your question.

Belly Fat

I don't really think anxiety is related to belly fat.

However, doing exercise is good for anxiety and exercise can help reduce belly fat...........

New Job

I don't think anyone can predict how you will react.

Yes....you will be somewhat nervous and anxious....just like anyone would be when starting a new job.  You said you like your bosses, the employees seem nice and the atmosphere relaxed.  Those sound like things that would reduce your anxiety.

You said you haven't been alone for many hours outside your home...but will you actually be alone??  Wont your bosses and co-workers be there too??  Or do you mean you haven't been away from your family members for many hours?  That may produce some anxiety....but again...if you are comfortable with the people around you, hopefully it wont be too bad.
