Any way to find replies?

Hi Zot,

The best way to find replies is to remember the threads you posted in. And as Davit mentioned, when you login to the site there is often a NEW notification beside the posts that have new replies since you were last logged in.

Hi All!

Hi Chrissy,

Welcome to our online support community and thank you for sharing your story with us. There are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you.  We are all a group of individuals who support each other.

If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests.  These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.

We also have developed a Panic Program.  This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above.  Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.

These tests may or may not be for you but they are "free".  If you have any question or concerns with our “TOOLS”, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net.  We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have.

Please continue to strive forward and lean on us for support.

Just can't fix this

Hi Zot,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It sounds like you might have some specific questions regarding medication and dosage, should you need to find out about these things please consult your doctor. It sounds like you have explored several options, keep working through the online program. Take a look at the relaxation sessions, and practice some of the breathing exercises.

Being outdoors

Hi Red,

It is great to hear that you were able to get outdoors and work on your yard! It sounds like you have nice weather in your neck of the woods, and it is great to hear that you are fully taking advantage of the environment you live in! Continue to persevere and working on controlling your anxious thoughts. You are making great progress and it is beautiful to read about it! Thank you for sharing! Do you plan on getting outdoors more often? How does being outdoors and getting work done on your yard make you feel?
