Hi, I'm new

Hi, I've been reading the discussions that you have all posted. Blessings to you all. I don't know what to write at the moment, but I hope I can get into the swing of things soon. Thanks

Hi, I'm new

Hi

Thanks for your replies guys. I'm still finding out how to use this site. I find my brain does't always retain how to use stuff even when someone tells me how (several times). I've started to write several times and have been logged out and lost everything. Sooooo. I'll get there one day, just be patient with me please. Have a good day where ever you are. Blessings

Agoraphobia

Hi Anerol
I used to be embarrassed when I was having a panic attack and other people were around. Now if someone asks me if I'm alright I speak up and say, I'm having a panic attack. Even if  they don't understand they realize something is up and it actually gives me the time I need to collect myself and calm down. Blessings

finding confidence

Hi Sweetbee,
I agree with Ladybird. If we can learn to stop comparing ourselves with others the guilt we feel becomes much less. We are each unique, and may have problems with some things but we also have gifts and talents that we can bring to the table. Those things are the things that make us who we are and the other stuff we can use to learn more about ourselves even if it is torture at times. There is a lot of creativity in people. We just need to tap into what is ours. Blessings

In a Pickle

Hi Cori J

I have found councelling very helpful. There are things that have happened in my life that were stuffed way down and that I didn 't remember or want to remember. This all had an affect on my thinking and my health. With councelling it is like an  onion being peeled away one layer at a time. As each layer goes the load gets lighter.  Of course the process can be very hard but the end result is always one more step closer to where we want to be. Blessings.
