I quit on Thanksgiving Day 2014

what makes you so strong to hold on in quitting...I currently using e-cig to help me out of it little by little! I so envy those whom can quit without any asistance!

Day 9. When does this hell end

Firstly, it sounds hilarious. No offense indeed! I kinda feel for you. To quit indeed is a mental practice! But only 9 days count nothing! I hope you could hold on this!

So certain

I thought there is nothing wrong with nictine..But the tar thing is realy bad for our health.
It destroys throats and lungs...
BTW, does that nic patch  really work? Currently I'm using e-cig!Kinda terrific.

My Quit Day Is Today

If you make up the quit decision, I suggest you don' t quit that completely. That is to say, if you smoked 20 a day, now you can smoke 15 per day, step by step decrease the amount!
