Hi Rosy Quit,
Unfortunately I believe it is a life monitoring...
I've used Zyban on my first quit seven years ago. It was really good. But I went back to the nicodemon after three years clean. On my second quit, three years ago, I've tried Chantix and relapsed after six months. Now, I'm using Champix (the name is different here in Brazil) again and the things are going very well.
But hey, good news, the symptons of cravings and withdrawal that you have experiencing will disappear in a few weeks! Don’t over exert yourself. This bad feelings will go away in a few weeks!
If I had problems in my attempts, does not mean you also have the same failures. I just trying to say that , yes, you must be on guard for many years., maybe the rest of your life.
But it does get easier!
We are together and
Stay strong ??
100 days ago I quit smoking. I thought it would be difficult. I was right. I thought it could not get more than a few days. I was wrong. I thought it would take time to get rid of cravings. I was right. I thought I would not have my life anymore. I was wrong. I thought I could be proud of myself if I could achieve three months. I was right. And I could continue playing with this game "I was right I was wrong" for a long time. The ambivalence is part of our minds. I just want to share my conquest with my buddy quitters and say thanks for all support from you and SSC. And finally I want to say to those who are starting or considering starting today: We see here in 99 days!
And today 255 days for me! I think it is a beautiful number that I must celebrate with my beautiful wife and share with my buddies from SSC! Thank you guys for all your support! Have a wonderful day!
