Good for you, Jazz, that you were able to do that run! It's also nice hearing from you and getting the update. You have fun in Florida.

Thanks for the wonderful update Jazz! Those are definitely some great rewards!

Members, how have you rewarded yourself lately? What rewards do you have planned for the future?

Hi everyone.  I haven't been around much lately - work's been crazy busy and personal life is hectic, but it's really no excuse.  Hello to all the newbies (and all the oldsters too of course)!

I wanted to update you on a couple of rewards that I've worked hard for and definitely feel I've earned.  First off, I completed my first 5km run for breast cancer research a couple of weeks ago.  That was a huge physical reward for me that I could complete it after smoking for 30 years.  The second reward is that Mr. J and I are heading for Florida for a weeks holiday on Sunday.  We had such a great time last year we figured we'd do it again.  When we get back, we're planning on making another donation to the cancer society with some of the extra money we've saved from not smoking.

A non-smoking life is great!  Take care everyone.   Jazz
